We checked into this hotel after a 11 hour drive with our small dog. Room was dirty. Dog hair in the floor along the beds and floor to wall. Could still see dog prints on radiator that had not been wiped. Surfaces full of dust. Had one more room we could move to but after checking it it was just as bad. I was told to talk to the manager James in the morning as nothing to be done and cancellation was not an option as we book through 3 party. In morning desk clerk told me manager would not speak to me about our issues and some kind of compensation as we booked through 3rd party. It’s not like this is a budget hotel and for what I paid I was appalled at the service and policy. DO NOT STAY HERE

The place was clean. The front desk lady was super sweet. We brought our dog and had an emergency pet visit and had to put her down. The front desk lady (I was so sad I didn't get her name) was amazing. She gave me a big hug and was so kind. Very wonderful experience. Breakfast was an added treat.

Fido had a good green area. Room was on the ground floor and parking for humans.

Super clean, friendly staff, with our room next to the dog “spot” and entrance! Loved the facility. Little chilly in the room with tile floor throughout but would definitely stay again! Love to come back in the summer as it is super close to the river and beautiful trail!

When I arrived, they said they did not have any pet friendly room for me. I said I would make other arrangements, but then they found one? The room had not been cleaned thoroughly, I found large food particles on the ottoman and on a side table. That is very distressing, especially in these times. My key cards failed to work multiple times which is frustrating when you have your arms full of luggage and are trying to steer your dog. This hotel is also located in kind of an industrial area, there seemed to be transients loitering which made me fee unsafe.

Room was very clean and well-appointed. Beds were really comfortable--we all got a great night's sleep. Ample grass area for the dog, Will stay again. Thank you!!

We stayed at this hotel two nights with our 95 lb. boy. There is a small extra fee for a pet, but it was worth it. The location of the hotel is very good, there is a grassy pet area with poop bags available, and a very short distance to the river-walk where you can walk your dog. It is also just 1 1/2 mile from the off-leash dog park in Idaho Falls.
