The location is beautiful and has areas for walks. Staff was helpful and friendly. The rooms have interior and exterior entrances. It was very easy for us to take nighttime breaks.

Attracted by the rate, just traveling through for one night. The hotel us a little tired. Old cars in parking lot made us think that there are some living there full time, made the place feel sketchy. Despite the age, the room was clean and better than hallways. Great spacious area to walk the dog. Hotel sits right on the river, beautiful. Rarely eat at a hotel restaurant, but this one was really good, highly recommend. One if the best meals we had on a 5 week trip.

First time I’ve used this app and honestly first time I’ve been to a Red Lion since the early 80s. It was a smokin' hot day (upper 90s ) and we had been in the car for a while. Got there and it wasn’t too busy. Staff was friendly and helpful. Building was a bit outdated but they look like they are updating where and when they can. The room was clean and had almost everything you would expect (minus coffee pot). The bar, restaurant and location however were fabulous. Food was great. Sat on the deck and watched the boats go by. This was nice as if your pups are behaved they let them stay in the room alone. They also have a private beach that we took the dogs to go swim for a bit that was for hotel guests only. I think next time we will stay there and it will be the destination rather than just a place to stay. They also had ample grass for the dogs to sniff and play.
