We stopped over night on a road trip. The staff were friendly and helpful. Not a fancy hotel but the room was clean and nicely updated. Parking was ample and well lit. A great value! We will stay here again next time we come through town.

The lower floor the "400" section is dedicated to dog rooms! I was more than impressed, the staff was very accommodating. Breakfast was good. if you to need to stay in Twin Falls with dogs this is better than most.

Hotel rooms are nothing fancy but met our needs for one night. My surprise was when I checked out and was charged another $68 more for the room. Teenager at the desk could not or would not explain, but that I would need to speak to the manager (who would not be in for a while). Since it was snowing and we had another 450-mile plus drive ahead of us, I bit the bullet and paid. If you go here, be sure to get a receipt when you arrive.

The AC didn’t work good and the walls we paper thin so we could hear other dogs barking all night and people in the hall. It was clean and breakfast was free.

This was a very large hotel and we got lost several times attempting to find our room, but for the amount of folks staying and the busyness of the place it was very clean and well maintained. It was dog friendly and the room had adequate space to spread out.

Allowing us to bring all four small dogs with open arms. The room is clean and spacious. The staff is awesome. Only reason not to give 5 bones was very limited pet area. But I do recommend if traveling with pets or even without.

The gentleman at check-in on Feb 3 night shift was the best I have ever seen. Very nice, fast, and so courteous. We always stay there when go thru Twin falls. Amazing free breakfast also!

Pricey for what you get. Clean and fairly quiet. Fridge was not working but staff helpful to put insulin in hotel fridge. No in-house breakfast, just bagged take-out. I think hotels need to stop using Covid as excuse for no food and either bring back a proper breakfast or lower price.

Unnecessary noise (slamming doors, throwing things down, etc) woke our dogs up at 4am and kept making noise throughout the morning. Could not get a good night's sleep.

Staff was great. Room was clean. We checked in late (10am) and were greeted with a smile. Placed us on first floor to accommodate the pets. Good breakfast, even for grab ‘n’ go.
