Seemed to be old, needs some updates. Very noisy with bar next door, the music that their customers were playing was making the pictures rattle on the wall - from midnight to almost 3am!

Our second visit to this hotel with our dog. Friendly and helpful staff. Room was very clean and quiet. Will stay again.

Read so many negative reviews we were a bit apprehensive. Somebody obviously has a vendetta against this hotel. What we found is a perfectly adequate place to spend the night with our pup as we passed through. Is it the Ritz-Carlton? No it isn’t. But not R-C prices either. Sure, it could use updating, new carpets, etc. But not necessary for this type of place. Room was clean, hotel was quiet, nice grassy area outside. PA Maxwell Park just a few miles away in Normal is a great walking park with a large grassy off- leash dog park at the back with friendly dogs and people.

Not a lot of frills but delivered as promised. Nearby restaurant. Safe parking. Breakfast as advertised. Front desk friendly. Surprised at $100 reserve placed on credit card “just in case.” It is supposedly credited back in a week but I am tracking “just in case.”

First room had a horrible smell; you could tell pets had urinated on carpet. Carpet was not cleaned and beds were not made. Initially when husband reached out it took a long time for them to respond. We finally went to front desk. Gentleman was helpful and nice. Moved us to a new room that was very clean and nice.

Staff was pretty lazy about cleaning our suite, broom & dust pan would have done wonders. Though bathroom was covid OK. Thank goodness we didn't need the fold out the sheets hadn't been changed for how long???

We stayed 1 night and it was a great experience. The room and hotel as a whole was clean and comfortable. We were near an exit, so taking our dog out was easy and convenient. I will definitely stay here again!

When I asked the front desk some questions, they acted like I was the biggest pain. There were no plates for breakfast, and they ran out of most things.

Friendly staff. Ok room. They were under construction so there were some things in the room that were obviously going to be upgraded. Painters tape was on the wall in certain areas. Bed was comfy. This location accepted dogs and that was good. Overall not a bad place.

Nothing fancy but lots of pluses...staff were friendly, bed was comfortable, room was clean, reasonable pet fee, lots of grassy areas for pets, and a quiet nights sleep. We saw plenty of pets and all seemed well behaved as there were no noise issues.
