Great stay. The staff was AWESOME, and couldn’t believe they had a lobby bar. One bone deducted simply because the room was pretty in need of refreshing, but the bed was really nice and, after all, it’s a dog friendly place.

We had a cat and “large” dog and had no problems checking in. Room was nice and clean. Only complaint was that there was a lot of dog poop not picked up in the grass around the hotel... but more a concern for responsible pet owners. All in all, great experience!

Safe Stay: Best Western Plus Bourbonnais Hotel & Suites has enhanced cleaning and safety measures in place, and follows the We Care Clean (Best Western) cleanliness and sanitization policy.
