Unfortunately, we had to get a room last minute because we had someone fixing something on our house. Also traveled with 2 cats. We got the non smoking room even though when I opened the door the first thing we smelled was a heavy and strong cigarette odor. There were dead flies all over the walls, the bathroom tub seemed to be broken and lean in on one side. There was no shampoo/conditioner or body wash given to us, I thought that was the standardized must! The heat was broken because it seemed so cold. We ended up getting our house issue fixed sooner and we stayed a total of 10 hours instead of 2 days! I reached out to BringFido and they comped me for one day less stay, thank god! Never again!
