The room was clean and very nicely decorated. Sad to report, the staff could have been more helpful. GPS couldn't find the place so I called for directions. Woman was absolutely no help and made no attempt to try. She told me to find the South Park Mall and they are across the street. Never been there before so... find the mall? Really? And on which side? They made no mention of anything connected to "dog" like potty area, but were quick to collect the additional pet fee. They advertised free breakfast and hair dryer, two things important to me. They had neither. Interesting to note, the mattress sank in/to the middle and there was an indoor pool with no water.
