The staff is VERY friendly, gave us bottled water and cookies as guests of the day which we greatly appreciate. However, the property itself is filthy. The hallway carpet is disgusting as well as the floor in our room. It was very sticky. The beds are only full size and no queens. There is a big grassy area for your dog with poop bags. We won’t stay here again.

I had a great experience with the BringFido app to locate and book a hotel stay near Chicago. The La Quinta hotel listed on the app was in a great location for my travel needs and we had a great stay. It was very welcoming of our (large) dog and had a convenient outdoor green space where I could walk the dog (on leash) with free waste pick up bags and trash can and even had a picnic table where we could hang out with the dog outside. Pet fee was the lowest in the area.

Room was nice, we got the 2 room suite which had 2 bathrooms, which was the best part. Decent breakfast, some grassy areas going around the nearby office buildings for walking the dogs. Glad we could go with our 3 small dogs.

I haven’t even made it through the night and I just want to leave this place. it smells TERRIBLE, rooms are not clean and very small. There are lady bugs on the wall which makes me wonder what other bugs are here also. Unfortunately I am traveling across the country alone with my two children and dog and can’t just pack up and find a new place to stay.

The Management was engaged until proof was shown that they mislead their guests. They clearly state no pet fees. I was charged an significant amount each night. The hotel hallways were stained and smelled. The area around the hotel was very busy all hours. Will never stay there again!

This place was disgusting. We didn't end up staying and I asked for my money back. Carpeted pet rooms, smells like urine, beds were uncomfortable, rude staff. All around a terrible experience. After I told the person at the front desk that we weren't staying because it was gross, she replied with, "I don't blame you". WHAT? Do yourself a favor and skip this hotel all together. You would have a better experience sleeping in your car.

Well kept, and QUIET! Even though it is located right off I-80, we never heard a single road sound all night! Friendly staff (Natasha is top shelf!)

Very easy to check in with my dog, though they did charge a small pet fee (I believe $20). There were no issues and I would recommend for any dog owner in need of accommodation in the area.

We stayed here a few years ago and we had bed bugs and cockroaches. Now that they are Pet Friendly we decided to give them a second chance. Guess what BED BUGS. The Managers email address on his card bounces back. DO NOT STAY HERE
