We had stayed here 7 years ago on our last trip to Chicago, so it made sense to stay here again. Although they were doing renovations, it was still a quiet location. Our pups were comfortable and so were we.

The dog area was very small and very dirty, full of poop. The room itself was also very dirty, with a visibly stained carpet among other things. Overall would not stay again, although it was passable for a one-night stay.

We chose this hotel to visit family for the Christmas holiday. The hotel must be having issues with staffing as housekeeping was lacking. The staff that I did meet, including the front desk, seemed to be maintaining the bare minimum in service. It’s a no bone rating for humans. It’s a one bone for the dog because she loved all the new smells.

Once we got through to odor of the disinfectant, the room was very nice. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet.

Cars running outside late in the night, going in and out! Drugs or prostitution? Very glad I had my dog and I carry!!! The good thing is that right down the street is the best chicken shack!
