The hotel was dirty, smelly, and needs a good refurbishment. They did not have any extra pillows in housekeeping for the room. The room and especially the hallway smelled terrible. The bathroom toilet paper holder was broken, lying on the floor and there was no hair dryer. The WiFi barely worked. We managed for one night but would not stay there again. The breakfast was very basic: waffles, biscuits and gravy, hard boiled eggs, cereal and milk.

We booked the jacuzzi room after driving forever because we needed a chance to relax. I was kind enough to remind her we had a service dog and she said we couldn’t have the jacuzzi room and she couldn’t refund the difference. Even the manager rolled his eyes at us. The RUDEST staff I have EVER encountered at a hotel. Also walked in on the manager bad talking a tenant to another guest. Do NOT bring your business here!

Clean room, helpful employees, the only problem was that it took nearly an hour before our keycard would work. Hopefully they get this fixed soon.

Rundown and dirty. Just awful. At check-in, front desk clerk sees my dog and says ‘Oh you have a pet?’ Um, yeah, I booked through BRINGFIDO?! Room was grubby and in desperate need of maintenance. Every inch of caulking in the dingy bathroom was dirty, smudged all over like a 5 year old applied it, and about 2” thick throughout. Drapes hanging from a bent bracket. Pillows on the bed looked like the insides of 2 little square couch pillows. Refrigerator rattled so loudly, we unplugged it so we could sleep. Just awful. Should be 0 bones.

The young lady at the desk was so helpful. I had gone off track on my directions and she printed a map for me and made it very clear on how to get started when I left in the morning.

We stayed at this hotel and had a great night's sleep. Hotel was quiet, well maintained and the bed was comfortable. Even the dog slept well. There is a nice grassy area out back to walk the dog. There are quite a few restaurants within walking distance and the hotel is just off the exit. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling with a pet.
