We paid for the room through BringFido and then also got charged an extra $91 by the hotel even though the email from BringFido said all we had to pay was the pet fee at check in. After surveying the room and seeing the rumpled bed and satins all over the carpet (one large one looked like dried blood), we cancelled our reservation and thanks to the presence of a sheriff deputy who was investigating another person’s complaint of getting scammed. Terrible experience and the hotel should be removed from suggested places to stay in my opinion.
