  Did The Job

  I needed a safe, clean place for me and my dogs to stay and this worked. The front desk clerk was wonderful. The room was clean, but the place is in need of at least new carpeting or flooring. It has a musky old cigarette smell. The dog area is enough green space, but additional waste containers would be nice to put your dog waste. It would be really nice if other dog owners would PICK UP AFTER THEIR DOGS also. This is not the motel's problem. I would consider staying here again, even if it is overpriced.

  Great overnight stay

  My friend and I were traveling with our fur babies and stayed at Baymont by Wyndham Indianapolis since it was right off the highway. It was a great location with plenty of green space for potty breaks. The staff was friendly and the room was clean.

  Meh

  This hotel is 15 miles/minutes off the Interstate through a lot of construction. And located in what seems to be a bit rough part of town. The key card readers didn't work, we had to try multiple doors to even get into the building after checking in. It didn't feel like a super safe location to stay, we walked past a drunk man trying to convince a younger girl to go with him somewhere. The guests were questionable, such as a woman falling asleep into her stack of waffles at breakfast, and there was a party happening close to us (or in the parking lot) around 2am.

  The room was clean, however. Nice sized refrigerator. For breakfast, there were a few options, but the food was cold and the eggs had no flavor. The attending staff seemed to not really care as he was refilling the stations at breakfast, seemed rather annoyed that there were guests in the area. It was a place to lay our heads for the night, but I would not return to this location. It was definitely a different experience compared to a Wyndham location we stayed at in Rapid City.

  Small area to walk our dog. Room was acceptable with a sad shower. Staff friendly and helpful.

  Easy Highway Access

  Clean and friendly. This hotel has been recently renovated all rooms have outside access to the car park and dog area.

  Good value

  This hotel was good value for the money. Clean with very comfortable beds. With snow on the ground we can’t evaluate outdoor dog facilities but just walked her around the parking lot perimeter. We had a main floor room that had access to an outdoor side door down the hall. Also a decent light free breakfast and nice looking little pool. Perfectly fine for our one night stay.

  Not expensive and they take dogs

  That are the positives about this location. Rooms need upgrading and although the beds and bathrooms were clean, the room needed a good vacuuming. Our dog found a whole Oreo somewhere and we didn't have Oreos! One bed was useable but broken and during the night the nonsmoking room filled with the smell of cigarette smoke so strong it woke us up. Very disappointing experience.

  Very dog friendly

  lots of green space to walk your dog that is accessed very quickly from your room. it seems fairly clean. I loved that my dog couldn’t get under the beds. the crowd of people was very sketchy. my husband had to go with me to walk our dog because of things we saw going on. not sure I’d stay here again because of that.

  Comfortable bed and good breakfast

  Breakfast is worth getting up early. Bed is super comfortable. Staff are nice and they have indoor pool. Next time I’ll be back for the pool.

  Friendly staff & good location

  Not a modern property & not a non-smoking building. Other reviewers commented on smoke, and even though signs indicate non-smoking-clearly this policy is not enforced. We have asthma, so it was troublesome that we were charged a pet fee for this stay, and had a room that we had to sleep with windows open because it was unbearable.

  Outside the city

  The staff here was great, they were a little understaffed but their hospitality and personality made up for it. We booked the pet suite ahead of time but when we checked in we got a tiny room because the dog suite had been booked by someone without a dog. The pool was really nice and, although humid, the workout room was very helpful.

  Room smelled like smoke

  When we let the desk manager know someone in our hallway was smoking and we could smell it in our room, he was kind of lackadaisical about it. I know it’s not the property’s fault but disappointed in how they handled it.

  Often hotel rooms assigned to dog families are the grubbiest on the property but not here. We got a very nice, clean room, and a comfy bed.

  Dog Friendly

  The motel was clean and ready for our overnight stay with our Golden Retriever Riva. The staff was friendly and helpful. A substitute breakfast was provided due to the COVID-19 restrictions. We did not use the pool, but the hot tub in the room was great. Thank you.

  Maskless front desk...

  We had a loud tiny room.Heard highway all night. It's cheap and pet fee only $15, but room could have been cleaner and while there are barriers at front desk, the person there also chose not to wear a mask, just fyi.

  Great friendly place!

  Perfect for an overnight stop! Clean, quiet, and friendly! The big open field someone else’s review talked about is actually private property and has big signs, but there was still some room for our doggos to run and go potty!

  Great 1st stop on a long trip

  Great facility for the pups. Room location was great and plenty of room for your dogs to deal and roam.

  Really friendly front desk and maintenance staff. Consistent adherence to mask policies by staff and most guests.

  Convenient location. Decent sized room and everything worked as expected.

  Will definitely stop again when the need arises.

  Great room

  Desk staff were professional and helpful. Room was large, quiet and very clean. No pet odor or air fresheners covering up odors. Bathroom was spotless. Plenty of towels. Pet friendly room gave easy access to outdoor walk area.

  Very nice place! Easy on and off the freeway. Very accomodating staff. First time traveling with a dog and i was a little skeptical as to what the rooms of a dog friendly motel may be... it was great! Not to worry... Book!
