2 bedroom 2 bath End unit on a quiet dead end street 1,905 square feet At the South Marina with boat ramp Gated Community with Security Newly updated throughout Renovated full kitchen with essentials needed for cooking Tennis courts and beach at condo complex Plenty of space to stretch out and relax after a day on the lake or golf course Sun room and a deck for enjoying the view Great for families or two couples One level condo with 6 stairs down from the entry landing. Once down those stairs the condo is all one level. There is a requirement from the HOA to submit vehicle and renter info at least 48 hours prior to arrival. The form will be provided once the booking is fully confirmed.
