The beds were comfortable but the building and fixtures were quite old. The sliding glass door to the outside to walk the dog, didn't slide. A bit overpriced for the facility.

Property needs attention. Staff very pleasant. Bed comfortable. Room quiet. Missing lamp shade on wall sconce. Bathroom needs work. Tub was unacceptable and we chose not to use shower/tub. Reasonable price but property does need work. Lots of restaurants and shopping close by.

It was a nice location being only 12 minutes from a dog friendly beach and very close to the outlet malls. Only a $20 pet fee was also nice. The hotel itself was not very clean. The hallways smelled like smoke, the pool and hot tub water looked yellowish and dirty, the curtains and bedsheets had stains on them and when we requested new sheets and a garbage removal at the front desk no one took care of it. The bathrooms had dirt and grime built up in the corners and the shower was clogged and would drain terribly slow. It was on okay place to stay for a single night but any longer than that I would not recommend if you expect the hotel your staying at to be clean.

I've never written this negative of a review before. Negative 5 bones. My standards are forgiving because places that allow pets are limited. The front desk woman and check-in area was nice. The rest was a completely different building. The toilet was clean. That's it. Dark and dank, and smelled like smoke. The phone had no buttons on it, and felt like a serial killer movie. Furniture was ratty and banged up, and the armchair! So stained, I wouldn't let my dog sit on it. I flipped the cushion over, and it was so much worse! Disgusting. The curtain to the outside deck was stuck, and there were people hanging around out there and smoking. It didn't feel safe. I had to leave. Please don't stay here.

Conveniently located right off highway. Staff were really nice. Rooms were clean. Not that much grass outside but overall enjoyed our stay.

Their websites states a maximum of 2 pets - max of 25 lbs each are allowed per stay .. instead of 50lbs for one. I think there was some confusion when posting the listing on the website. I’m rating 5 stars but have never stayed.

Clean but rundown. Needed new grout in shower/tub, key card only worked 50% of the time in the door. Door didn't shut all the way on its own. Outdoor space was less than appealing. Was nice to have a slider from the room to outdoor to take the dogs out to the restroom. Beds seemed clean, but were small (full, no queen option when booking). Carpet was clean but old. Had to plug in both heater and fridge when we checked in as they were left off and unplugged, so the room was cold, and the fridge was warm when we got there. The staff was decent but not extremely pleasant. Pool, fitness center and breakfast was closed (but that was due to COVID-19, not the hotels fault). There was a bag of dirty diapers on our patio space when we arrived.
Staff did come remove it immediately when we called, but it looked like it had been sitting there several days. Overall, it was an adequate stay, but nothing I'd write home about. If you need a hotel for pets, its adequate.
