Stayed while traveling through. Good space with clean rooms.

The staff was not friendly and acted as if we were an inconvenience to them. The room (#120) smelled strongly foul, carpet felt “greasy” and nasty, tub drain was absolutely DISGUSTING, there was barely enough toilet paper on the roll to use one time and a spare roll was nowhere to be found. When I told the person at the desk and asked for a roll, she verbally scoffed and begrudgingly went to find one. There wasn’t any downstairs and she had to go upstairs to retrieve some. The grounds were littered with trash, and employee had a keycard entry door propped open with a stick while she smoked a cigarette outside the door.

No carpet in rooms was good. Made it feel cleaner. However, other services were very minimal. Had to ask for hairdryer, cups, etc., even though there was a mini kitchen. Bed was comfortable. Staff was very very customer service oriented. We had a mix up on our reservation… partially our fault… and they were very supportive toward resolving the issue. I would recommend and stay again.

Was an alright experience. Friendly check in. Helpful front desk staff. Comfy rooms but house keeping needs to step it up- dust and floors filthy. Halls smelt like dog/cat urine. Otherwise quiet and make sure not to eat the muffins, coffee weak.
