  Worst Hotel Ever

  Staff was short and rude! When asked a question she said, “No, can’t help you because you booked through an outside party!” The room sheets were dirty, refrigerator did not work, shower worked great but was rusty in the drain and mold all over ceiling. Toilet seat had one side broken so you had to be careful! Said they would take care of it but never did one thing. Bath towels didn’t even wrap around waist. Just a tad bigger than hand towels!! Just terrible. Brought son to college so we had our dog and I would say never go to this hotel

  Convenient Location

  The place is in need of a deep cleaning. Room was OK but elevator & corridor carpet was very dirty. Pet fee of $35 is high. Not likely to return.

  Clean and comfortable

  I was hesitant about staying here because of some of the reviews. I’m not real picky so if one is I’m sure they will find something they don’t like about the place but we were very pleased. It was clean. No mildew or smells. It was comfortable, the beds and pillows were soft and there was a good supply of shampoos, conditioner and cream. I liked that the floors were carpeted. I brought my dog and even though his nails are kept clipped they can be loud on tile or wood floors so we prefer the carpet. The serve yourself Breakfast was good. I had coffee a waffle and sausage. The staff were pleasant and helpful when I asked questions. The price was good. I would most definitely stay here again.

  Great dog-friendly hotel

  The hotel and room were clean and comfortable. Everyone was very dog friendly.

  Poor Attitude at Front Desk

  When checking out, I advised that the room didn’t have any toilet paper and the black mold in shower was very unsightly. Nothing aggressive, just thought they should know. The Manager walked by saying, “We are short staffed - deal with it.“ Very poor & unacceptable.

  Very Accommodating

  This place worked fine for our first ever BringFido experience. It could be great with a little more attention to details on maintenance and service. Good breakfast too. I originally rated this higher but after experiencing other BF stays, that was too high. This place is a low 3. Very dark. The lobby is refurbished but rooms, parking lot, and exterior need attention.

  Lots of grass

  The hotel room was not very clean (lots of cobwebs in the room, a bug on the wall in the morning, walls badly in need of a wash and paint job), but it served its purpose for our overnight stay. There is a lot of grass around the hotel and it was easy to get our pup in and out to the grassy spaces for exercise.

  Clean, quiet, and reasonable

  We stayed at the Mishawaka CI & S on our journey from northeast Maryland to Madison, WI. Easy to get to and great location with restaurants in abundance. Super quiet room, which was great so our dog Andy didn’t freak out about noise. Good breakfast for the next step of our travels. We’ll be back!

  Nice Building but Needs an Update

  Desk staff was not overly friendly. The housecleaning staff did a good job, but where the caulk was missing around the tub, mildew was taking its place. Chipped paint, scuffed walls, the building is very nice but sorely needs an upgrade. Located near a large mall, but gas and fast food are not convenient if your looking for either.

  Great location !

  Great location! The accommodation was perfect for me and my two dogs. We are on a cross-country trip so the hotel being so close to IAD and a decent size grass yard in the back was perfect for us. The staff was so friendly and even gave my dogs dog biscuits. Definitely worth the money. It was clean and served our needs.

  Great location!

  They were wonderful and our room was great. We had a very nice continental breakfast and a nice area outside to walk our dog. All for $70 a night. I would definitely stay there again in the future.

  Just adequate, not highly recommended

  We stayed here with our two Golden Retrievers for one night while traveling through Indiana. The staff was not unfriendly, but they also did not pay any extra attention to our dogs. There was some green space near the hotel where we could take the dogs, but no separate dog waste trash cans on the premises. The room was fairly clean, but the hotel was noisy at night. It was hard to sleep. We will look for better options next time.

  Great spots not far off the highway

  The room was exactly what we needed for a night stay with our Newfoundland pup. It’s not a brand new hotel, but it was clean and met our needs for one night. We will stay again!
