Talk about a facility that has seen better days. From the unkempt landscaping (weeds knee high) to the jam packed rooms. A bathtub that looked like it was used to dissolve a murder victim. Queen sized beds that tilt (by design) when you sit on one side. If you time it right, yes you can dump your partner on the floor. A well appointed office area which is always locked. An attendant who's never present. One power strip already full so if you have anything to charge, these days who doesn't, plan on getting on your knees and start unplugging things. Need I go on? My suggestion you should!

Warm welcome by the owner and a clean and comfortable pet friendly room. Abilene has a beautiful park which is close to the motel. Loved the location which was close to the historic district. Very much recommend 😊

This is an old school motel, which isn't bad, but there was no way to adjust the room temperature. The ceiling fan looked like it was going to fly off the ceiling, too.
The best thing about it was that it allowed multiple dogs.

There was grass for our dog which was better than the motel we stayed at the night before. However, the room we stayed in has not been updated yet so it’s not someplace I’d ever go back to again. The worst part was the undefinable aroma that wasn’t helped by a vent-clip car air freshener and a few spritzes of Febreeze. The sheets were clean, the water was hot, and the owner of 2 years was friendly.

A wonderful, friendly, quiet, clean, comfortable and newly remodeled motel in a quiet residential neighborhood. An amazing value! I cannot recommend this motel enough. Plenty of space to walk your dog right out the door. I will be back again and again!

No problems with two small dog puppies. Very pleasant staff. Didn't use their smal breakfast so can't comment on that.
