      Very nice

      Nice hotel with lots of parking. Clean. Night clerk very nice. Grass for dogs.

      Great location!

      Very clean and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious! and what a nice dog park right across the street! We will definitely stay there again.

      Nice hotel

      Close to highway, clean room, wide selection breakfast, quiet area, grass for dogs, friendly staff.

      Adequate

      The water was hot. The TV worked well. The HVAC worked well. And thee is room to walk the dog in peace.

      The bad news: the mattress and pillows are both hard, the property is not dirty but neither is it as clean as my home and the small repairs that need to be made are noticeable.

      Note that the place only has 6 rooms available for pet owners and there is a $20 pet fee. It is not clear that these guys really want our business.

      By the way, I found out what the "Plus" means in their name: plus crickets (...in the room).

      Were I to come this way again, I would look at Hays to the east or Goodland to the west.
