The hotel itself was quiet and clean, and staff was friendly, but check-in was very difficult and we weren’t able to get the room we booked, and she tried to give me lesser rooms for the same price when they should have been less. I accepted a room that didn’t really work for us just so we could get to sleep. Then when we woke up in the morning we found out our truck was stolen out of their parking lot!!! They comped us our room, but it was disappointing that they didn’t have surveillance cameras in their parking lot. I can’t in good faith tell anyone to stay here after hearing about the high crime rate in this city from locals and our experience.

Only disappointment was sooo much poop all over. People should pick it up but hotel could have someone help. I couldn’t walk without almost stepping in some.

Stayed coming to/from Indiana for the Holidays. Rooms were impeccably maintained, the hot breakfast was made with care, and the front desk was attentive. It was clear this facility was maintained with pride.

Room and bathroom is clean. Sheets were clean. Beds and pillows are comfortable and we got are much needed rest for the night. There’s a big grassy area behind the building for our dog to run around and take out his zoomies. Overall, a comfortable stay.

The hotel was generally ok. No pet fee, small dog area outside and in decent shape. However, we requested a non smoking room but we're given a smoking one. They were completely booked because of a tournament in town so we had to take it. It really smelled and made our stay unpleasant. They apologized and said the fault was with Expedia/BringFido. I'll be more careful next time.

This hotel is very nice. Easy access to the highway and many food options. There is a great pet relief (non fenced) area behind the hotel that is mowed and maintained wonderfully. Poop bags and trash cans are provided on both side exits that lead to the relief area.
The hotel is very clean and they were kind to us and our dogs! We will be staying here again if we go through Wichita.

Easiest check-in and check-out we’ve encountered. Great price, comfortable bed. Good ate for taking tbe dog out and for a walk.Only downside was lack of breakfast items, but would definitely stay again.

Traveling from CO to AR. Stopped in Wichita for the night. Hotel was clean, staff were pleasant. They have a sanitized sticker on the room doors. You break the seal when you enter. I was impressed. Still not serving hot breakfast.

Love the fact that there were no pet fees and there was a nice area outside for the dogs that was easy to access at 5am (which is when my dog always wants to go out in the morning!) We will stop again if we are in the area!

Very clean, looked like it’s a new hotel. No pet fee, and all of the rooms are pet friendly. I have a very large dog and had no issues at all. Only slight downside is the location isn’t great as far as things to do within a mile or so, but Wichita is easy enough to get around and you can find plenty of restaurants and things to do 10-15 minutes away. Room was very clean and plenty big.

Stayed here one night with our two pups. Room was on the first floor and right by the door to the grassy area. Spacious and clean all the way around. No extra “pet fee” was refreshing too. Breakfast was a great perk!

We just stayed at the Hampton Inn East in Wichita and it was a very pleasant experience especially since this was the first time traveling with our 2 puggles. The Rooms were very clean (it appears to be a brand-new hotel). The staff was very helpful and welcoming and they had a nice area outback to take your dogs for a walk which was Great after a long car ride. I would highly recommend staying here if you're ever traveling through Wichita in the future!

Very clean, very nice, well-maintained rooms. There's a small field behind the hotel where we walked our dog. Excellent staff - all friendly, helpful and professional. Definitely one of the best dog-friendly hotels.
