      Poor management

      On a cold night, there was no hot water in the hotel. I told the front desk clerk. In the morning, still no hot water. The clerk took my phone number so management could call me. No call, no compensation.

      Old, stinky and noisy

      The desk clerk when asked if there was a hot tub laughed and said, "This place hasn't been remodeled since the early 70's." Was not what we expected...poor service, bad rooms.
