Dirty, peeling paint, no wash cloths, generally awful. The only bright spot was a large area for dogs to run.

I had high hopes for this place because every other Red Roof has been great! The good: Nice staff. The bad: The room was dirty. The sheets had a poop looking stain on the fitted sheet. The coffee pot still had coffee left in it. Dust in a lot of places. The remote was missing the back to it (check-in inconvenient!) The water was brown for a bit when I turned on the faucet to get water for my dog. Under the skirt of the bed has accumulated a lot of dirt. There isn't a pool or breakfast. And the last bit, in the bathroom there was a chunk of the door missing.

Host(s) were very pleasant, room super clean (and quiet). I liked the walking path for Fido. I will stay again!

Second floor. No elevator. We had to haul dog crate up the stairs.

Cheap (you get what you pay for) and hallway smelled. Bed was comfy but rest of room could use a fresh coat of paint and a thorough cleaning. Someone’s dog started barking at 3am and wouldn’t stop. Needs an uplift but on the plus side there’s an excellent Mexican food place in parking lot and they had terrific service there. And made the night enjoyable.

Our room was ok, but clear at the other end of the hall and there was no Hearst all when we got there. it did warm up once turned on. parking lot was a sheet of ice and quite treacherous. Staff seemed friendly. loved there were two nice restaurants right in the parking lot. we didn’t see the dog park, but it looked as if there was a nice grassy area. hard to tell with snow.

The lobby and the hallway were a little scary but once we got to our room It was very nice and comfortable.

Unremarkable hotel. Bored, aloof staff. Inconvenience of being placed in an upstairs room for two nights with no ramp or elevator. Wouldn’t choose again.

We stayed here two nights to visit the Ark Encounter. The room was very clean and the decor was fresh. All of the people we encountered were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. They have a small dog park area right next door, so room to exercise your pet after a long car ride. Don’t hesitate to stay here!
