This hotel is outdated and needs a complete renovation. We received an email from the hotel in response to our pet request stating that there would be no pet fee. When we checked in I showed them the email but they would not honor it and charged me $15. There was no area to walk the dog. Recommend that this hotel we removed from your site

I checked in, went to the room..only to find cockroaches as soon as I opened the door! The smell of the room hit me I. The face as soon as the door was opened. I closed it immediately & went back to the hotel office and said I wanted a refund & that We would NOT be staying at that hotel. I told the girl in the office what I had just encountered & she said I needed to get refund back through FIDO. Now the hotel told FIDO they would not refund any charges to me.
