Georgetown is a nice, quiet little historical town in the Heart of the Bluegrass. Conveniently located off I-75 Quality Inn offers nice comfortable rooms and excellent service. This motel was unacceptable for several reasons. Their complimentary breakfast was worst I have ever seen. Only thing hot was make your own waffle. There were no pastries, period. Cereal was spilled all over the counter. The outside grounds were littered with trash. I was awakened before checkout time by an electric drill next door with a hired workman making repairs. I checked out immediately, noted no air conditioning in the lobby where breakfast was in addition to the food all over the serving counter, and asked for compensation. He acknowledged all I said was true, yet he still failed to compensate for the deplorable problems they created.

Staff was friendly and the location was good, but the hotel needs work. Plus our non-smoking room had been smoked in :-(

The room reeked of smoke and the hotel was fairly new. The hotel was reasonably dog friendly otherwise -- there was plenty of grass to take the dog out.
