People were yelling and slamming doors until after 2am. Dirty, shower was a trickle, carpet falling apart in rooms. Will not be back. There are 3 other hotels in the same block that accept pets. Choosing one of those next time.

When I booked, I requested ground floor room. When arrived I was told the only thing available was on 3rd floor. Dog not a fan of the elevator and that much harder to unload our car. Room doors stuck so everyone was slamming doors all the time. Room was small. Bed was comfortable and there was lots of grass out front.

Even though they were obviously understaffed and still offering limited breakfast services because of the virus, the women who we dealt with -- one during check-in & another during check-out -- were both friendly and professional.

The price of the room was very good and the no pet fee is the reason we chose to stay at this location. The room was clean and spacious, but our shower was cracked and didn’t feel supported. Lots of grassy areas to walk our pet with waste bags provided, but the breakfast was very minimal. The pool was Indoor but questionable.
