This place gives new meaning to the term slumlord.

They slapped paint on the walls and stripped out carpet for laminate. Tub and sink were clean. One star given for that. The walls, doors and trim have a ton of disgusting dirt/stains on them and I've seen better furniture and pillows put out for garbage pickup. This place needs a real reno.
