Clean, newly renovated
Red Roof Inn & Suites MaconGood breakfast. Nice and clean. Finding grass for Fido was a challenge. However, Macon has a GREAT leash free dog park (Macon Dog Park) that is close to the hotel.

Needs a solid cleaning
Econo Lodge LexingtonThey slapped paint on the walls and stripped out carpet for laminate. Tub and sink were clean. One star given for that. The walls, doors and trim have a ton of disgusting dirt/stains on them and I've seen better furniture and pillows put out for garbage pickup. This place needs a real reno.

At Home Inn & SuitesThe front desk assigned someone else our room, and they walked in on us. Then in the morning, housekeeping came in thinking we'd checked out (guessing the other guests checked out). The room was fine, grass for Fido.

Ruff outside, but clean inside
Red Roof Inn PLUS+ Nashville AirportStaff were welcoming. There is a small subdivision behind for walking dogs. Restaurants within walking distance (not dog friendly though). Overall, it was good for the price.

Great hotel
Ramada by Wyndham Sparta/at SpeedwayThe staff were very friendly. The hotel is close to wooded areas to walk Fido. Clean, good breakfast. Very good considering the price range.
