Shortly after checking into our room, the lights began to go on & off & then the hotel lost power. Although there was a generator that continued to provide us with minimal lighting in hallways & rooms, there was no wi-fi, no TV, no a/c. When we went to check for information from the front desk, the elevator wasn’t working either. We were told that this happens somewhat frequently, but there was no information as to how long it would be out. Additionally, power appeared to be lost to all locations within a mile radius. It had been raining outside but the power loss was not due to an electrical storm or high winds. After about 4 hours power was restored, but the elevator never worked again. Breakfast the following morning is not worth mentioning. It would be nice if management had a way of communicating with all patrons in a situation like this, especially since they indicated that power outages have occurred before. There also should be some type of compensation offered to hotel patrons when this happens. If not for this inconvenience, I would have likely rated this hotel higher because I have generally been very satisfied with our stays at Comfort Inn.

As others noted, the rooms are big and we had a nice corner location so no people walking nearby to concern our dog. The hotel is a bit odd, like maybe it was a self storage facility or something but the room was spacious and comfortable and pretty clean. Breakfast was a bit less than standard. The location is great - there is wonderful park/dog park just a few minutes away and we could eat on the patio of nearby Sedona tap house with our dog.

Great price and location. The room was on the top floor away from elevators and doors, which was great for my dog who is always on high alert at hotels when he hears other people outside or above him. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Great stay for the price. Would stay here again.

This is the first time I’ve brought my dog to a hotel and was super nervous. The fee is only $25 which is super cheap for the area. Hope at the front desk was SO kind! I told her that I had to leave for a concert and am giving my dog his anxiety medication, but if he barks and someone complains to please call and I’ll come back immediately. She smiled and said “don’t worry! we have a lot of dogs here!” and made me feel comfortable. The room is MASSIVE and the bed is comfortable. Even my doggo won’t leave the bed 😂 Bathroom is a tad small, but that would be the only thing I could complain about. Free water bottles for Choice members also!!
