We’ve stayed at a couple of different La Quintas and it was always a great experience but this one was something else. The room was run down and chewed up by multiple dogs. They don’t service breakfast right now because of COVID and we still paid $180. Avoid this one and stay at a Hyatt. They’re cheaper too...

As a pet owner that rarely travels without a dog, I am always on the hunt for nice hotels that don't charge an arm and a leg for my furry companion. La Quintas are hit and miss. We've definitely stayed at some low end La Quintas and even walked out of one. However, they used to be our go-to chain because they didn't charge pet fees, (with the exception of 3 locations in the entire country.) But sometime in the last year we noticed that they started charging pet fees. While this La Quinta was ok, for just $10 more we could've been at the Aloft, (where we stayed on the way to our destination), which was much nicer, with the option of ordering in a hot breakfast (during COVID nonetheless), and there are no pet fees. When we make this trip again in the spring, we will be staying at the Aloft both ways.

No problems at all. Our room was ready and they knew 2 dogs were coming. The room was very nice so we decided to stay an extra day. La Quinta was very accommodating Thank you

Pleasantly surprised at how clean and comfy this hotel was. The whole place looked recently renovated. We received doggie treats upon check in. The staff was pleasant and efficient, which was greatly appreciated after a long day of driving. The rooms were clean and fresh smelling (no pet odors as in some pet-friendly hotels). Overall, a comfortable and relaxing stay for all. We will definitely keep this one on our list when traveling through the Louisville area.

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Housekeeping did a excellent job over the 3 days we were there with our 2 dogs. Will stay there again. Overall one of the best hotels we have had on this extended 6 week trip we have been on. I wish all of the motels could have been this good.

We stayed there and the rooms were spotless, the staff was very professional. We have a 26 lb dog. No problems

I did not stay st this hotel bc although there are reviews stating they take large dogs the person working the desk refused my 80 lb. dog staring they do. It take big dogs.
