On a cross country trip we needed a hotel that would accommodate a large dog. I’m so glad we chose this La Quinta. We had a spacious, spotlessly clean room with comfortable beds and lovely fluffy towels in the bathroom. We were given a lower level room once we explained that our dog is terrified of elevators. There is a lovely grassy area next to the hotel which is convenient for early morning and late evening dog walks. Breakfast was pretty standard fare. We will definitely stay here again.

This place was great! I was on a road trip and was looking for something last minute and stumbled across this gem! Staff was super friendly and accommodating throughout the stay, they were able to give us a first floor end room close to the exit and doggy area, which is a large grassy area (un fenced) but had plenty of space for the dogs to walk around and definitely helped being close with an older dog. The room was spacious, quiet, and very clean! We were close proximity to a few restaurants but used Uber eats due to exhaustion and there were still many options. A+++++ for the staff, cleanliness and quality of service at this hotel!

The hotel & room were lovely & clean, the front desk staff were friendly at check-in & checkout. The breakfast left a lot to be desired, especially for gluten-free options, but the coffee was good.

Our dog is a smart guy. He escaped the room and the hotel. The staff was amazing. Got him and got him back in the room. We came right away but still we were a good 10 minutes away. The staff was quick acting and we could not be more pleased.

I liked this one too. This trip to Florida from Illinois was to have been an extended conversion van trip for us, but my husband couldn't make the trip. Instead my son suggested he would go with me, but we needed to stay in motels. I tried to find modest price motels, but it's hard these days! La Quinta was probably the nicest place we stayed, although we were on a second floor and had to go through two hallways and use an elevator to get my pooch outside. Staying in my van in the woods would have been much nicer, but this worked out fine for us.

We’ve stayed at a couple of different La Quintas and it was always a great experience but this one was something else. The room was run down and chewed up by multiple dogs. They don’t service breakfast right now because of COVID and we still paid $180. Avoid this one and stay at a Hyatt. They’re cheaper too...

As a pet owner that rarely travels without a dog, I am always on the hunt for nice hotels that don't charge an arm and a leg for my furry companion. La Quintas are hit and miss. We've definitely stayed at some low end La Quintas and even walked out of one. However, they used to be our go-to chain because they didn't charge pet fees, (with the exception of 3 locations in the entire country.) But sometime in the last year we noticed that they started charging pet fees. While this La Quinta was ok, for just $10 more we could've been at the Aloft, (where we stayed on the way to our destination), which was much nicer, with the option of ordering in a hot breakfast (during COVID nonetheless), and there are no pet fees. When we make this trip again in the spring, we will be staying at the Aloft both ways.

Pleasantly surprised at how clean and comfy this hotel was. The whole place looked recently renovated. We received doggie treats upon check in. The staff was pleasant and efficient, which was greatly appreciated after a long day of driving. The rooms were clean and fresh smelling (no pet odors as in some pet-friendly hotels). Overall, a comfortable and relaxing stay for all. We will definitely keep this one on our list when traveling through the Louisville area.

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Housekeeping did a excellent job over the 3 days we were there with our 2 dogs. Will stay there again. Overall one of the best hotels we have had on this extended 6 week trip we have been on. I wish all of the motels could have been this good.
