A beautiful vacation home with 4 bedrooms plus an office, a huge covered & screened porch with water views. Easy, short commute to Bandera, Boerne or San Antonio. Enjoy the serenity of the beautiful Texas Hill Country. Fishing, swimming, kayaking, hiking, biking, you can enjoy them all in the endless crystal water and beautiful river.

Septic system is on property, please do not flush any feminine hygiene products baby wipes or anything else that is not biodegradable!. Please do not place wood/BBQs/grills on our covered porch. Please do not pass beyond the electric posts on the right hand side of the property which is the property boundary with our neighbour.
