      Nice location

      Super staff

      Stanley at the front desk is a gem! Cool place, love the outside courtyards and the cobblestone! Room could have used a good deep clean for sure but the beds were comfortable. Would stay again!

      Pest issues

      The staff was friendly and room was great for our family and dog. Pet area was small but we made it work. We stayed one night and had some many cockroaches that we had to get up at 4:30am and leave. Couldn’t stay any longer. I mentioned to front desk when we left and no concern.

      Great location for a good deal

      The hotel is perfectly situated. The staff were great. Wonderful courtyards make for a peaceful retreat. Some details in the rooms are over looked, but if they were perfectly attended to the price would be higher. I would definitely stay there again.

    Safe Stay: Maison Saint Charles by Hotel RL has enhanced cleaning and safety measures in place. Masks and hand sanitizer are provided to guests, and rooms are disinfected between each stay. Social distancing measures are in place, as well as physical barriers between staff and guests. Each room has a 24-hour gap period between stays, and hotel staff are required to wear masks.
