This was a great stop for us right along the interstate. The rooms were clean. There was no pet fee which was a nice plus. The staff was super friendly. Our pup ended up having a medical emergency and threw up in the room (luckily on the tile) and the staff helped us to get things cleaned up. Our pup is on the mend now and we would definitely stay here in the future!

Had an issue with the TV. Staff came right up and found the unplugged cord. Later asked if decaf coffee was available so she brought some up. We found the coffee maker was broken so she brought us another. Hated to make so many calls to the desk as I have never had so many issues, but she was very helpful and nice and solved all the issues. Third La Quinta stay in three states on this 10 day road trip. Always comes through for us. Will definitely stay again.

We really liked this hotel. And I feel bad that I can’t give it 5 bones because of a seemingly small issue. We enjoyed the nice big room, and room was clean and attractively decorated. Check-in was easy and the staff was friendly. So the little issue: the TV remote was not paired properly with the TV. First, we couldn’t turn it on, so I called the front desk and was told that the newer TVs had to be turned on by pushing a button on the TV, and could not be turned on remotely. Okay, did that. Then we discovered that the volume could only be increased and decreased manually (not remotely). I don’t know about y’all, but relaxing in bed with a remote for the TV after a long drive is part of the enjoyment when staying at a hotel. Other than this issue, we had a lovely experience, and would stay here again!

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, check-in was easy. I believe the front desk employee was named Margo and she was friendly, helpful, and proficient. Ample grass at the hotel and neighboring business for the dogs to potty. Worst part for me was the stupid roundabouts from the interstate to the hotel but that is no fault of the hotels. Just be ready for them! Lol

Nice stay. I’d stay again. Clean, friendly. Had coffee, juice and a sack breakfast (banana, muffin and water bottle). My only complaint was it was a bit noisy (from other guests being really loud) but our room was right next to the lobby. Next time I’d request a room farther away.

We stayed here overnight due to having no power from the ice and winter storm. This was one of the only hotels within 30 miles that didn't have a dog fee and would take our lab mix (70lbs). The room was clean with a few minor issues that we overlooked thanks to having heat and a warm shower after being without power for 3 days. Staff was friendly. Washer and dryer was out of service but only found out after getting quarters from front desk. Nothing spectacular but also very reasonable.

We evacuated from Lake Charles to escape Hurricane Laura. We had a chocolate lab, mini-doxie & a Chihuahua in tow. The hotel & staff were so accommodating & helpful. Very nice & super clean rooms. So thankful for the hospitality during such a stressful & trying time.

Not as nice as remembered, but that could be due to room location. Last time we stayed at an upper floor away from the noise of the lobby. We will most likely stay here again but on an upper floor.

We have stayed here twice in the last week while traveling with our dog, an 80 lb. German shepherd. The hotel was great. The staff was cheerful and friendly, the rooms were sparkling clean, the bed was comfortable, and breakfast was good. The floor was tile. There is decent space around the hotel for taking a dog out for a potty break and there is a neighborhood nearby for longer walks. There are a number of restaurants nearby that deliver. The Chinese one was excellent. I'd stay here again if I were making the same trip.

Besides a great value and excellent breakfast, it has no carpet in the rooms. Just tile, with no accumulated odors that carpets tend to acquire. Plenty of places to walk the dog as well.

Dog friendly with no pet fee. Super clean hotel. Up to date rooms (mini fridge, microwave, tv, anti-fog bathroom mirror). The front desk lady was super nice too. I will definitely stay here again.

Nice clean room, welcoming staff. Dog potty area with waste station available. Allowed my lab and labradoodle - I was very appreciative and will be staying there again on my way to and from Florida.

I stayed here with my pup. It was a terrific experience for both of us. The hotel was modern and clean. What was especially nice was that the floors were all tile/laminate so my dog didn't spend the night sniffing the carpet for dog smells. We stayed on the first floor right by the door for easy access outside. There was plenty of parking. Margo at the front desk was terrific. We will stay here again.
