  Falling apart

  I had stayed at this location a few times previously and felt confident in returning. What a frightening mistake. Between my prior stay and what will definitely be my LAST, the place had been run into the ground. Fixtures were missing from the bathroom but the attachment housings were left dangling. The parking lot was full of people who appeared to be camped out in their cars, drinking and vaping. The rug in my room was wet, the air conditioning on full blast- 60 degrees with fan at its highest setting. There was no breakfast set up at 6am as described, perhaps because of the police activity in the lobby the next morning.

  Too Close To A Major Highway

  My fur babies weren't happy in this hotel. While it was clean and the bed was comfortable the proximity to a major highway freaked my boys out. On the plus side it shared a parking lot with a PetCo so of course we had to shop. They couldn't understand why they couldn't go back at 6 in the morning.

  Great Location

  Really great location for travel through the area. Front desk staff was fantastic, friendly, and helpful. Great pet walking area. Clean room. Well lit parking. Will definitely stay here again.

  It’s a Hotel

  Definitely not a classy place. Not a lot of good area to walk a dog or anything. I’d only stay here if it was a lot cheaper.

  This location was difficult to find. It was past dark when I got there. The room was clean. We slept, showered and left. I won’t be going back.

  Great Spot

  Wonderful hotel, but night check-in staff needs training. Arrived at 11:30pm, and it took over an hour to get checked in for a pre-paid reservation. Nice clerk, but she didn't seem to know what she was doing to take the additional room deposit they required to be sure I didn't smoke in the room. Finally got to bed at 1:00am. Have stayed there many times, and this was the first time I ever had a snag. Definitely recommend this spot. Just arrive early!

  Just passable

  The hard surfaces appeared clean, but the rug seemed dirty and smelly. The fridge froze everything as solid as a rock. The bathroom light turned on the fan which was incredibly loud. The door stuck and was difficult to open and close. The free breakfast had hard boiled eggs that were like golf balls.

  Great hotels

  I’ve met stayed at different chains and for comfort and a pet friendly hotel you can’t beat La Quinta. If you stay in Auburn go to George’s Surf n Turf in Mendon. The fish n chips was great and you can get the directions on BringFido.

  Great Price

  It's hard to find decent accomodations for dogs in Worcester, but this was great. Affordable, clean and what I expected for the price. Will definitely use them for all my Worcester stays.

  Nice people, gross room

  In the pet room: everything seemed dirty, stepped in a big wet spot next to the beds (dog pee?) . Didn't seem to be clean or cleaned other than bathroom areas which were fine. Hotel staff are super nice though.

  Good location and great check-in clerks

  I stayed at the LaQuinta in Auburn while my dog was having radiation at Tufts. The clerks were very friendly and I felt very comfortable being there with my dogs. Kelly was especially friendly, which is so nice when you are away from home and stressed about your pet. I would gladly stay there again.

  Staff was marginal, very run down hotel

  Upside was the Nice dog walk area in front of the hotel, which was good because while I was checking in my wife Could walk the pup. Downside started during check in, staff couldn’t find the reservation, I pulled up the BringFido reservation on my phone and got a blank stare. The check in desk thought I was attempting to get a copy of my key for some reason. After explaining twice that I had JUST gotten to the hotel and was trying
  To get checked in they couldn’t locate a reservation. Apparently it was somewhere else and it was found after 5 minutes of looking. (Dog was still walking) I got keys and went to the room but the keys wouldn’t work. So back to front desk which was empty and had to track down an attendant. I got new keys made and got into room. The room furniture was very worn and the obvious novice drywall repair job on the bathroom and main room walls. Accompanied it. (Didn’t care it had been a long day at that point). Breakfast was nothing to write home about , and we ended up just getting coffee and some wife grabbed some fruit. No dog treats in evidence (or bacon which works in a pinch). I didn’t expect much and I wasn’t let down or impressed.

  Easy drive

  This is a well situated motel with an easy off and on to the highways. The room was good and on the first floor. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast started at 7am which was too late for me, but I took advantage of the lounge coffee, which was good. The walk area for dogs is sizable compared to the usual parking lot little patches. Fido bags and disposal cans were there too. My only negative was that they had so many smokers at the exits that the smoke permeated the hallway on the first floor, but not the room. I would definitely stay here again. Did I mention it shares the parking lot with Outback Steakhouse? so there was a delectable fragrance as well.

  2nd Time Was As Good As The First!

  2nd time staying here with our newfie for almost a week. Excellent location and friendly staff. Definately our go to hotel in this area.

  Great location, service and room.

  The motel is right off the highway. The room was spacious and clean and there is an area in front for the dogs although they need to be kept on the leash since close to the road.

  Nice Room, Great Staff

  Just stayed four nights with our big dog BlueMoon. Room were nicely refreshed each day. The staff could not have been more outgoing. There is a Petco next door and plenty of walking around space. Good spot a a good price
