The room is just a bit cold. Didn't get a service on the room the first night, so had to go and get towels in the office. Plowing of snow at 130 am and pretty constant traffic in the wee hours of the night, with the smell of pot being smoked nearby all were challenges. In the end, we can bring our dog so we deal with it. It ain't the Ritz
