Please note that there is a minimum stay of 2 to 7 nights at this property. Guests will receive a 100% refund if their reservation is canceled at least 14 days before the arrival date and a 50% refund if it is canceled at least 7 days before the arrival date. The house is furnished with guests' comfort a priority and several recent upgrades. Enjoy the sun room, deck or dock, then take the canoe or kayaks for a paddle on the water or go for a swim off the dock. Minutes from Sampson State Park with a boat launch, playground and hiking trails. Enjoy several wineries and a brewery just up the road or head out on the Seneca and Cayuga Wine trails.
