The hotel has many of the amenities I look for such as allowing pets, swimming pool, free Wi-Fi and included breakfast. From first glance the rooms appear clean, then when you go to use the restroom you are met with soap scum, mold along the grout, and dirt build up in corners that has obviously been there for a while. I scrubbed at all of the above with the cleaning products I brought to clean up after my puppy and was only able to make a dent in the soap scum. I could hear my neighbors conversations and business call recipients responses every morning and night as I was conducting my own desk work for school and business. One of three elevators had water leaking into it for three days of my stay and they kept it operating with a wet floor sign in it. The oatmeal was great.

Hotel was clean and the staff were nice.

When we arrived I checked in to the hotel. The front desk issued my room and key. Once I arrived to the room the door would not open. So I went back to the front desk, they issued a new key, that key unlocked the door and to my surprise there was already another family staying in the room I was issued. I went back to the front desk and they acted surprised to hear the room was already occupied. They issued another set of keys to another room. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was green space on the back side of the hotel for Fido to relieve himself.

There isn’t much area for walking dogs at the hotel or even nearby. There are very small patches of grass. The walls are quite thin and hallway noise carries.

Everyone was very nice especially front desk. The room was clean and neat. The breakfast was underwhelming. Thank goodness there is a D&D in the same parking lot.

We stayed one night at the hotel on our way to Maine. We experienced no problems. The sixth floor is the “dog floor” so it was a little inconvenient for potty breaks. The elevators, however, were fast with no waits. Complimentary breakfast was also nice. Our cavalier King Charles spaniel enjoyed her first experience in a hotel.
