    Great stay

    Hotel was excellent. Staff was incredibly accommodating and even with four adults and the dog we were all comfortable with two queens and a rollaway bed. Would highly recommend.

    Awesome for traveling with dogs!

    We were having a difficult time trying to find a dog friendly option near Boston that didn't charge an arm and leg in fees for one night. We found this hotel and couldn't be happier! Incredibly clean, friendly staff, no extra dog fee. Plenty of green space for walking and convenient location for traveling.

    Great Value!

    Great hotel. Very clean and comfortable and was just about the least expensive one around. No charge for up to 2 dogs and they take large pups. Has plenty of grass for potty time. Only issue I had was at check in. They couldn't find my reservation because BringFido added my middle initial to the beginning of my last name. And the confirmation code didn't do me any good. The clerk who checked me in finally figured it out so all went well.

    Very Dog Friendly

    The Westin Waltham is a beautiful hotel and very dog friendly. The staff made us feel more than welcome. There are some nice dog friendly parks and trails within a 10 minute drive.

    Clean and Convenient

    Our room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. Definitely very dog friendly - we saw several other pups. There is green space outside and receptacles for waste. Unfortunately the front desk wasn’t that friendly, and the bed/bowls outlined in the description weren’t offered. They also didn’t give any info on the WiFi, tv, parking dining, etc. Our stay was only night so it wasn’t a big deal but friendly service would be nice to have!

    Upscale hotel

    I stayed overnight on a short trip and was warmly welcomed at the desk on arrival with my pet. Will stay again.

    Good..not great

    Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was nice and comfortable but our pup found an old English muffin under the bed and dust had settled on furniture. That told us the room hadn’t been used in a while (fine during Covid..). They also did not supply a hair dryer or in room coffee. Not a big deal since we were there one night and Starbucks coffee was served in lobby. All in all it was good for the price and no pet fee. Oh! And we had four small dogs which they accepted with no extra fee.

    Wonderful Stay

    Wonderful hotel ! Bed was the most comfiest bed ever like sleeping on a cloud! My dog enjoyed the stay just as much ! Overall will book again

    Fabulous for everyone!!! Highly recommend. They even have dog biscuits in the lobby!!

    Beautiful hotel, lacking in late night service

    Room was beautiful and bed was great. Parking was a little difficult as there was an event that night. No one we talked to knew about any food delivery at night and when we tried room service it was a total mess. First person was rude and uninformed and then a call back to inform us they were out of our order anyway. Valet was super attentive and friendly, though.
