Paid a lot of money to stay here. First floor is a smoking level but whole building smells like smoke. Water leaking, trash, no breakfast, and dirty everywhere.

They are a VERY pet friendly hotel, as is the downtown Annapolis area. You get what you pay for, and it’s truly worth the price. I’ll admit it is not a looker, but it’s worth it considering the amenities, the centralized location and the kindness of the staff.

Affordable. Fairly clean. Welcomed our pet which was of primary importance. Rooms are not equipped with kitchen supplies, however if you don't mind going to the desk, they will pleasantly give you everything you need.... including clean linens and trash bags to clean your own room. We never had a housekeeper come to our room in the 4 days we stayed but could hear them banging on other doors at 630-730-ish in the am yelling, "housekeeping!" The early morning noise was the one true negative. We would stay again. 5-10 minutes from almost everything including the harbor, restaurants, shopping mall.

Health & Safety
Safe Stay: Homestyle Suites has enhanced cleaning and safety measures in place. Hand sanitizer is provided to guests, and rooms are disinfected between each stay. Social distancing measures are in place, as well as physical barriers between staff and guests. Hotel staff are required to wear masks.
