Appropriately named, this tastefully decorated home is located at what feels like the very top of Tahoe Donner and boasts stellar views of Castle Peak and Euer Valley --not only from the great room, but also from each of the 3 bedrooms as well. Sophisticated modern design elements shine through but do not contradict the comfort of this one-of-a-kind accommodation.
In the winter, picture yourself curling up in front of the gas fireplace, staring out the plentiful west-facing windows, and spotting cross country skiers in neon outfits stride their way through the adjacent snow-covered hills. In summer, this is the perfect base-camp for the adventure-minded. On day-one, use the back deck to grasp a lay of the land for the trails you'll be hiking or biking in the days following.
Double ovens, an open floor plan, and plenty of seating for the whole family will make meals effortless. Those with mobility concerns will appreciate the ease of accessibility offered, as the master is located on the entry level along with the great room and kitchen. And a sunken jetted tub and walk in closet in the master's ensuite bathroom prove that no detail has been spared.

Included with your rental are six (6) guest cards providing access to the amenities available in Tahoe Donner. Each guest card allows access for one (1) guest only over the age of 3. Daily/non-transferable fee for rental guest per person per day. Children under 3 are free.

1. Maximum Day Time & Night Time Occupancy is 8, excluding children under twelve (12) years of age.
2. Parking for 4 vehicles. Street parking is prohibited year-round.
3. A 4WD is highly recommended in winter months.
4. The use of ANY outdoor firepit or outdoor fireplaces is strictly prohibited at all our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping to keep our community safe from wildfires.
