Garcon, a service dog, and I were welcomed to Hotel Revival late on a Saturday night, a way stop on our way between other destinations. The room was spacious and well decorated, very cool. We had dinner upstairs in the rooftop restaurant which was beautiful and quite lively. The view was awesome. Breakfast from the hotel restaurant was good. The hotel is within easy walking distance of parks, monuments (including the first Washington monument), exquisite cathedrals, and two really good museums - the Walters Museum of Art and the Maryland Museum of History and Culture, both of which we visited on Sunday morning. Parking is a bit expensive but provided by valet. (We found a free spot on the street - unlimited because it was not a weekday). I highly recommend this hotel if you want to visit Baltimore.

I didn’t experience anything specifically doggie-centric which as fine. Didn’t charge an extra pet fee which was awesome. There was a grassy park right across the street with an additional small park space by the cathedral a block further. Nice hotel for the humans too!

Cute boutique hotel! Loved that it was very pet friendly!! The bed was so comfy. We will definitely be back!

We loved everything about our stay. They are very pet friendly and the park that is 30 yards away is perfect. I would highly recommend the hotel.
- NicoleJan 2, 2023Cute boutique hotel
Hotel Revival is dog friendly and does not charge that extra pet fee that most hotels do. This is a huge plus for me as my pup is small, doesn't chew on things, doesn't like to get her paws dirty so she's pretty clean, potty trained and has minimal shedding. You can hardly tell I had a dog with me so the hotels who charge the extra $75-$100 for her is out of the question. This hotel is super cute, gave us poop bags and an door tag that said there is a pup in the room at check in.
I chose this hotel over a few others because someone commented on this site that there was a park across the street which was clutch since my pup needs grass to go to the bathroom and I felt comfortable taking her by myself too. Their small gift shop is has items for local businesses. Pretty sure they were black owned or women owned too which is awesome. When making my rez, I requested to be away from the elevator or high traffic areas and they put us at the end of the hall which is nice because my dog gets nervous hearing lots of movement in the hall.
The rooms much be pretty close to sound proof because she didn't get growly at all from people outside the room. Their lobby had a counter during the day to get drinks which we drank in the lobby sitting area which is nice for us not wanting to be stuck in the room with my dog the whole trip. Everyone was so nice and friendly. I live in Philly and this will be my go-to hotel in Baltimore and will tell everyone I know that I recommend this hotel.

So friendly! Can't recommend this place highly enough! Extremely dog friendly! Beautiful, comfortable, great customer service, great location. The humans and the canine love, love, loved this hotel!
- RickSep 17, 2022This is a keeper
Starting with the basics. The hotel was super clean and the staff extremely friendly. They are very dog friendly and offer complimentary treats. Rooms were nice and very comfortable. Now on to the best part. Baltimore is not what it used to be and has some not so great parts of town. This hotel is directly in the center of the Mt Vernon historic district and is a very safe area. There is a park across the street that had a great neighborhood feel. Lots of people bring their dogs out at all hours and everyone was super friendly. There is live music in the park and lots of dog friendly outdoor cafes within walking distance. It was a very art centric area. There were artists in the parks painting and doing photo shoots and an overall bohemian vibe to the area. This will now be my go to hotel whenever I am in Baltimore. Such an unexpected treasure.
- KatherineJul 22, 2022Fantastic Boutique Style hotel
Picked this hotel because it looked like a boutique style treat from the road, and it delivered! Staff were amazing and super dog friendly. While the rooftop bar is enclosed and you can’t take pups, they were happy to have us go up and order from the hostess station, rather than wait to be called, they suggested we could have a beer at the seats in the restaurant entryway/hallway (which we did). Great views and had a delicious meal that I ate in the room. Hotel location has little parking so we ended up valeting (unplanned) as they said it was 2 blocks away and $24 for parking garage vs $42 for valet. Will definitely be back and we visited on a Thursday night and booked 1-2 days prior and got a great price. Room well appointed, new and eclectic style. Must do again.

Our dogs felt very welcome here and there was a lovely park right across the street!
- Michele wildermanOct 7, 2020Amazing Hotel/Dog Friendly/Great Staff
I decided to take a few days away with my pup Clementine and we landed on this pet friendly hotel. our first night we ate at their restaurant topside and they immediately greeted her with a cold bowl of water and 2 dog treats from the local dog boutique! The staff kept swooning over her and one of the cooks even quickly whipped up some bacon for her! she was in total pampered pup heaven!
