Manage your expectations and you will be happy. This place is not fancy in any way but it is clean and directly on the dog friendly beach. Nice lawn area with grills and gazebos. Very dog friendly and the pet fee is low. First floor is preferred since you can walk right out to the lawn. Second floor can be a bit tight in the hallway and the stairs are at opposite ends of the building. We will be back

This place is in a great location. The services was super friendly and they put out a bowl with water for the dog. Menu was a little limited but had solid and interesting items. This is sidewalk cafe seating and not a covered patio so be sure the weather is going to hold out for you. I had the pork belly skewers which were delicious. Great drink menu as well. Worth a stop if you are looking for a lighter more tapas style meal.

Had an amazing lobster roll and the fried clams were amazing. Dogs allowed on the patio but must be well behaved (no barking). Service was quick and friendly. Don’t miss this one especially if you like Lobster Rolls. Be prepared though that market price as of 11/23 for a lobster roll is $28 but it is delicious and prepared perfectly.

Food was excellent for breakfast and service was quick and friendly. Dogs welcome on the patio there were 4 dogs there including ours. All around excellent.

they were very friendly with the dog and the service was great. the food is Hooters so it’s exactly what you would expect. solid fast casual food.

This was a great stop. Rooms were large and clean. Very dog friendly and they had a nice big field in the back for the dogs. Will definitely be our regular stop each year when passing through.

The rooms at this hotel were fine, nothing remarkable to mention. They were clean and served their purpose. The staff were all very friendly and professional. The real issue here was the area was not good at all. The parking lots had several shady characters wandering around at night that looked like they were checking cars. They would run off when we came out with the dog. The worst thing however and the reason we will not be back is we found several hypodermic needles throughout the dog walking area. We reported them to the staff but do not know if they were cleaned up or not.

Starting with the basics. The hotel was super clean and the staff extremely friendly. They are very dog friendly and offer complimentary treats. Rooms were nice and very comfortable. Now on to the best part. Baltimore is not what it used to be and has some not so great parts of town. This hotel is directly in the center of the Mt Vernon historic district and is a very safe area. There is a park across the street that had a great neighborhood feel. Lots of people bring their dogs out at all hours and everyone was super friendly. There is live music in the park and lots of dog friendly outdoor cafes within walking distance. It was a very art centric area. There were artists in the parks painting and doing photo shoots and an overall bohemian vibe to the area. This will now be my go to hotel whenever I am in Baltimore. Such an unexpected treasure.

Rooms were very nice. Food was walking distance from the hotel. Good grassy area to walk the dog. Would stay again.

Everything was great and the location is perfect with a great walking trail around the lake. Super friendly staff.
