  Great lobster roll & dog friendly

  Very dog friendly on the enclosed patio. The server brought out a bowl of water for the pup as soon as we were seated.
  As far as the food; clam chowder was very good. I highly recommend the lobster roll. In many places you get mostly roll with a bit of lobster. Theirs is mostly lobster with just enough bread to hold it.

  Delicious

  Had an amazing lobster roll and the fried clams were amazing. Dogs allowed on the patio but must be well behaved (no barking). Service was quick and friendly. Don’t miss this one especially if you like Lobster Rolls. Be prepared though that market price as of 11/23 for a lobster roll is $28 but it is delicious and prepared perfectly.

  Not the best in town

  We stopped by this weekend and while the patio is pet friendly, we were immediately handed a large yellow paper full of rules for the dog. Some were reasonable but overall felt very much overdone. Our dog is very well behaved and followed all the “rules” but we felt like we were constantly being watched by staff. Overall, very uncomfortable and we won’t be back.

  The food was great and our dogs was warmly welcomed to Jazzy’s Mainly Lobster. The service was great and the staff was friendly. Pomme had her own dish of water too.

  Fantastic All Around

  Took a day trip to Cocoa Beach with our pup to have lunch. Read the reviews and chose this restaurant. From start to finish it more than met our expectations. A very short wait and got a nice table outside. Staff was attentive and brought our Aussie Zoe a bowl of ice water without being asked. Food was excellent and plentiful. Love that the staff share the responsibilities for all the tables so someone is always checking on you. Will definitely be back!

  Ok at Best, And Dog Better Not Bark!

  We traveled all the way to Coco Beach from out of town and chose this restaurant because they were dog friendly. We brought our two dogs and got a table on the patio. My dogs barked briefly at running children on the patio and other dogs that approached the eating patio and started barking at them first. My dogs only barked a couple of times within the 15 mins we were there, and then our server basically told us that if our dogs were going to bark any more than we essentially needed to leave and/or put our dogs in the car. Luckily it was a cool evening, so we put our dogs in the car to appease the management so we could finish our dinner. But we just wanted to pass this message along if you are considering to take your dogs there, as I feel they are truly not dog friendly and my two dogs have never been dismissed from a dog friendly restaurant. With that being said, the food is ok, and we will not be back.

  Laid Back and Great food!

  We stopped by for a quick bite on our way through town. The lobster bisque and peel and eat shrimp were delicious! Our chocolate lab got lots of attention on the patio!

  Great people and delicious food!

  After enjoying a day at the beach we couldn't have asked for a better place to eat with our pup.

  Jazzys has a rustic beach feel with some of the best fried fish and onion rings I have ever had. Most importantly, they brought out a bowl of water and cut up a grilled chicken breast for our Great Dane, Monty. They made us feel very welcome and we had fun with the box of trivia questions on the table.

  Great service, atmosphere, and food!

  Fresh All Around!

  Delicious fish as the daily specials. The wait staff was quick to deliver ice water in a bowl and were very accommodating.

  Nice, mostly covered outdoor seating for those bringing their furry ones. Water bowl and treat provided before anyone else was served. Ms Rikke enjoyed her visit, and the lobsters were perfect
