They have started renovating this hotel, but our room was tired, with a worn out tub and non-draining sink. It appeared that the top floor was a welfare hotel.

    Not updated!

This was our first time traveling with our dog which limited hotel choices. We selected this one based on location and pet friendly, but the we couldn't stay in the room... smelled bad and the tub was not clean. Sorry, just being honest!

Quiet location, room booked not available

We booked a king supreme with easy access to outside for our pets, upon arrival we had to sacrifice our king supreme for a ground floor room. In our experience, hotels always claim to have a king supreme on the ground floor at booking and never have it at check in. The water was so hot, you could not stand under the shower for fear of scalding and I like very hot water. Floors were very dirty with dead bugs and the sink drained veeeery slowly. Positive, much quieter than we expected for the size of the hotel. Great location for us, will look for better accommodations for our pets.

    It was okay

Not very clean in some places but the bed and bathroom were acceptable. Whatever they cleaned the floor with left a weird film and my dog kept slipping on it. Bare bones no coffee pot, microwave, or refrigerator. The plus side was the big courtyard so there was lots of green space for the dogs to hang out in. Pool was closed. Our spot was on the opposite side of the parking lot too so we couldn’t see our vehicle which made me a bit nervous because we had a bike rack on there. It was fine for just overnight or passing through but I probably wouldn’t stay more than one night.

    terrible customer service

While checking in, I asked to confirm that we were getting a King non-smoking room on the first floor. Once we got to the room, it had 2 double beds and was most certainly not a non-smoking room. I went back to the front desk and asked for the room we had requested and she said she was out of king rooms on the first floor. She seemed annoyed that I even asked. We were given a 2nd floor room that had not been properly cleaned (bathroom sink and counter had hair and grime, bathroom door was stained with something) but it was enough for our 1 night stay.

I then realized that the receptionist had never given us the wifi password, or check out time, and only gave me 1 key when I had asked for 2.

Not bad for the price !

Rooms are renovated nicely. Welcoming to my little Rover. Elevator was out of order and in need of renovations.

    Wood floors!

I have low to the ground dogs and hotel rugs tend to irritate them. Having wood floors is amazing.

    Very nice place

For a first time hotel goer with my K9 It was fantastic, there was plenty of room to let her move some on a longer leash when other dogs were not around. Great sidewalks and the rooms were plenty big enough.
