Floor was sticky. Everything was filthy, moldy, unhinged. Loud fights from other inhabitants and unidentifiable drilling noises in the walls kept me up all night. Bed was barely inhabitable and pillow cases had hair on them. I felt unsafe. No coffee pot and front desk couldn't even tell me where to get a coffee. One hanger. Everything old and shabby. Nowhere to plug in a USB. Lights were all flickering. Faucet on sink loose, toilet seat wrong size and bathroom smelled moldy. Did not attempt a shower. Came in at 11pm and left exhausted at 6am. I do not recommend. P.S. my pup wasn't with me this time. Usually RRI are a suitable stay. This was horrible. Especially as an unaccompanied woman without my companion.

I have stayed at this location before with no issues, but this time, the minute I walked in to check in there were huge issues. First, the front desk staff did not know how to check me in. That can be overlooked since it was a holiday weekend. But then they demanded a deposit, but I already paid for the room in full thru your organization. Then they said it would be a hold for incidentals. I asked them for a list of incidentals, I had no idea there were incidentals at the Red Roof Inn. After making me wait, 30 minutes on Christmas Eve., until he called the Help Desk to assist him with a simple check in. This has become a lengthy rant and I did not get to the fact that there were not enough towels, working security cameras, a garbage can in the room, or a working remote. The bottom line, this time was horrible, but don't hold it against the chain or even this location. I am sure that the staff will be trained by the next time I need to travel to the Washington DC area with my dog.
