On the day I was to check-in (4PM is check-in) at 9 pm as I was completing my journey, I get a call APOLOGIZING that the Queen Suite I had Paid for, was not available. The offer she made was to stuff myself (I’m a healthy size woman) and my husband with our 3 dogs ($75 non refundable fee) into a room with two double beds. After a 15hr ride exhausted, I accepted with stipulation next day at 11am when guests checked out they would have a room cleaned and ready (meaning WE had to move everything to the original room I rented. So now I will give my reason for rating I gave. I would have given 2 bones, Steven worked, with no manager on premise to help resolve my room issue. I have pictures of the SUITE 🤣. The elevator, entrance, hall ways all FIILTHY. Needs just basic care, and a manager with some pride in their job. I had my husband crawling under the beds for fear of what my dogs my pickup off the floors in the room. Service is lacking, as with the BringFido upon check-in you are supposed to get Bowl, mat, to welcome them NOTHING. There was no designated Dog walking area, and obviously the hotel didn't confirm pickup that other dogs may have left behind. The girl at check-in was useless. No courtesy breakfast or coffee or any real common areas. Just give $$ and deal with it. My suggestion stay any place else, as this company is not customer oriented or really even dog friendly and obviously don’t follow up on the managers inability to run a welcoming inn. My dogs are like family and this was not a place to revisit.
