    What a treasure

Loved everything about Spruce Point Inn. We went on the free boat tour with Captain Richard who is great, rented kayaks, enjoyed the dining. The view is spectacular. Do happy hour on the Adirondack chairs. It’s a gorgeous sunset! The place is clean and nice without feeling stuffy. Do book the spa in advance! It fills up. This is a trip that will not soon be forgotten. Can’t wait to come back.

Fantastic Place To Bring Your Dog!

We had a wonderful stay here with our Lab. Extremely dog friendly and plenty of places to walk him. The property is beautiful and is surrounded by high end homes.

    Happy Dog Weekend!

So nice seeing so many dogs during our stay! Accommodations were wonderful! We and Cooper would love to visit you again someday! Even though the weather wasn’t great, we made the best of it! Loved our space at the Balsam Lodge!

Lovely place, lots of nice doggies

One of the nicest places we’ve stayed. COVID inhibits hospitality everywhere, but these guys handle it pretty well, and the facilities make up for any small annoyances.

Excellent stay at Spruce Point Inn

Wonderful resort with a caring and professional staff. Beautiful grounds, hiking trails, and waterfront location. Our golden doodle was extremely pleased with her stay here. Very pet friendly-dogs are allowed anywhere on the property except inside the restaurants.

cute cottage for us, nice trails for doggie

We stayed in an Oceanfront cottage, but it was a bit back on the side of the first building (didn’t get much light) back behind the salt water pool. You could just see the harbor in the distance. Loved this cute & quaint cottage which was painted in light blue & cream with hard wood floors and classic seacoast furnishings. The living room is a good size with couch, small desk area, and chair/coffee table. There is a small kitchenette including everything you would need. The bedroom is rather basic, but comfy (there is no closet, but there is a hanging rack and a large chest of drawers). The bathroom was very small, though. It is also a “short” room; my husband is 6’5” and just missed hitting his head on the bedroom ceiling.

The resort has a lot of amenities – 2 pools, gym, beautiful hiking trails on site, complimentary bikes and kayaks. There is also a bar/pub and a more formal restaurant. We only dined onsite for breakfast one morning, it was a good buffet for $18 which is a standard price point for this type of resort/breakfast. The dining service was very good.
