    Property Not Maintained

The rooms were not clean. Our smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling.

    Unfortunate

The exterior maintenance has been neglected to the point of it being a safety hazard. We were shocked to arrive at a place in this much disrepair. The property was empty when we arrived with the main entrance/exit portico/carport blocked by locked gates. Sadly, that was the least of our problems with the hotel.

Strewn about the property were a mix of fenced and unfenced construction debris that looked to be quite old. Some was in spaces used by guests. The landscaping was also left in disrepair as well, with weeds In place of mulch beds and lawns, holes throughout the grounds, and broken landscape lighting in various spots. The exterior paint and woodwork was in disrepair also. The conference building seemed to be abandoned as well. Upon arrival to our room, we first noticed the stained carpet throughout the second floor. Our door was also broken with the flip latch receiver completely stripped from the wood it was bolted into. It looked as if the door was forcibly entered.

The bathroom ceiling was water-stained from the fan to the wall, down the wall to the shower head. The vanity faucet was loose as well. The flooring looked to be a cheap vinyl plank that was newer but already peeling. The tile grout also needed a refresh. The wall paper was peeling throughout the room, as well as the veneer on the desk and entertainment center. All in all, we would not recommend or stay at this location again. A major disappointment!

    Just ok!

Looks to be recently bought and being renovated. Smelled strongly of air freshener. Our floor was non smoking but the whole floor smelled of cigarette smoke. Bedrooms were not carpet they were wood laminate. Overall it was just ok nothing great. Hopefully the new company is going to make improvements.

    Nice place

Stayed one night with our yorkiepoo. The hotel is a little tricky to find, but with GPS we made it. Quiet hotel, clean with a wonderful free breakfast. Would definitely stay there again.
