Dogs welcome, rooms clean and reasonably comfortable for the price. A/C worked but was very very noisy. None of the exterior doors locked (or even closed in at least one case). Would stay at again.

Completely uncomplicated and nondescript, as a quick overnight on a long drive should be. Clean and quiet.

Friendly staff, but the hotel itself could use some love. Clean enough, but could have been better. Not terribly high standards. It was fine for a night after an exhausting day.

The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was clean although a little outdated. But it was comfortable and we slept well. We stayed with our dog to get surgery in the morning at the animal surgical center. It worked out well. I think some people weren’t picking up their dogs waste. But there was a shovel and rake and bucket near the side door we were on. We did pick up after our dog. And hopefully other people will be respectful of the hotel and property in the future. Or no one will allow pets. I am thankful for this motel.

Place was mostly clean, the rooms at least. The halls and entrances had trash on the floor. Even lemons. While there were doggie poop bag stations there was quite a bit of dog poop that me and my guest stepped in twice. Perhaps when checking in a guest should told where the poop bags are located, as they were hard to see, or an employee should be out cleaning it up. It was nice to have a frig, micro and coffee pot. There wasn't a table with a chair, so eating was difficult. For the couple of days we were there, I suppose if you have a dog it could be an option. Ask for the first floor, as we were on the the 2nd.

I echo the others in saying how friendly the staff is and how clean and large the rooms are. While some hotels are charging upwards of $100 per pet, this gem really means it when they say they're pet friendly. I wish we could give this place the kudos they deserve, but all I can do is stay with them repeatedly and make sure to leave the room as we found it. PLEASE, fellow Fido owners, be responsible and don't ruin this for the rest of us. They could charge more and offer less, but since they CHOOSE not to, we'll continue to choose THEM every time.

Had the suite. Clean room, great price and close to outlet mall. Grocery store 5 min walk and Frankenmuth short drive. Would stay again if we had the dog with is.

I had just called to confirm their pet policy, and they said there's no size limit to the pets. They also don't charge any additional fees for having a pet. When I booked the room, they asked about the bed size, and I asked if they had King size beds available, because the website only listed Queen beds. They said they did, that there was a King bed suite, and it is pet friendly, but it was on the 2nd floor, and they don't have an elevator. That wasn't a problem for me, so we booked it. I imagine a suite would be better for my 2 Alaskan Malamutes anyways.
