I paid way too much for this hotel. Stains on the bed linens and floors, clumps of dog hair along the edges of the carpet. I was in the last room downstairs next to the back door which was not locked at night. could hear every thundering step above. felt really uncomfortable staying here. check in took forever, having to wait for 15 minutes while he processed a refund on the phone. Also there were no dog amenities provided, despite the description on here.

arrived to check in at 10:00 pm and there was nobody at desk. waited over 20 minutes to find a person to check in. finally someone arrived . then calls started flooding the front desk about a fight going on in hallway upstairs. the whole hotel needs completely renovated. breakfast buffet consisted of coffee, fruit cup and instant cereal. it was a joke. once again no front desk person in sight this morning!
