The location was great. The room was clean, but not fancy. It definitely has an older vibe. The outside of the building was a bit dirty with garbage overflowing.

Hotel staff were very accommodating. Plenty of green space for a dog to take care of business.

The room was okay. The dog owner next door left their pet in the room alone barking all morning. Mediocre hot breakfast. I wouldn't recommend it, except that you don't have a lot of other options in Saugatuck/Douglas.

Motel was pet friendly and accommodating. Little pricey but clean and nice grassy area. Would be nice if there were a few picnic tables outside to enjoy the grassy area with your pet.

Loved this place! The staff were so welcoming and tolerant of the dogs. Really felt like we could relax. All the "dog people" were located at the end of a first floor hallway with easy access to a big grassy area and outside trash can. So the guests too were understanding and friendly.

Room was fantastic right by the rear door where my truck was parked. Staff was terrific!

Hotel is dog friendly, it has plenty of grass around it. We were able to sit in reception to eat breakfast with our dog, the manager even brought him a biscuit. Hotel itself is a little tired and in need of some TLC.
